İlayda Melis Pekmezci works as an Attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Department. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters and provides support throughout various stages of M&A transactions, particularly in legal due diligence, transaction documentation and contract drafting. Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous cross-border M&A transactions and initial public offerings across a range of industries. Her experience spans sectors including technology and e-commerce, food and agriculture, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing and financial investments.

She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2021 and completed her LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Leiden University in 2025, graduating Cum Laude. She is fluent in English.
